As in all Foster+Partners projects, the technological component is essential for its development. The starting idea is a small table that, through the movement of the surfaces, serves not only to support objects but also to move them, bringing what it helps to the fore. The structure, made of steel, hides a sophisticated mechanism for moving the marble tops, which are very thin but structurally very effective.
