Wood frame covered with foam and fiber. Suspension using intertwined elastic straps of different tensions.
Exterior structure in ultralight MDF veneered in American walnut or dark stained oak. Upholstered interior.
Seat cushions are made in different densities of polyurethane foam, padded on the surface with fiber. Back cushions filled with polyester fiber and washed and sterilized down.
Metallic bases finished in manganese polyester powder paint with LDPE stops.
