For the Silaï collection, designer Charlotte Lancelot has synthesized graphics found on tiles using four stitch lengths, which are embroidered by hand to craft this rug using an innovative take on the petit point technique. Its different compositions based on squares, triangles, rhombuses, hexagons, octagons, and crosses are reminiscent of the mixtures of different types of flooring that often coexist in old houses.
