The transparency of its base, together with a large top makes this table its raison d’être. Conceived under the premise of being a visually light table, Orwell appears as a table with simply linear lines. The conjunction of the materials with which it is made makes the wooden top float concerning the plinth that supports it, creating the sensation that its size disappears due to the transparency of the methacrylate.
