The extraordinary comfort of the sofa comes from a soft upholstery and an ingenious adjustment mechanism, which allows the arms and backrest to be individually adjusted in various reclining positions. The Butterfly Sofa does not visually show its functional characteristics: the slim arms and the back can be adjusted continuously and silently, from an upright position to an external angle of approximately 30° and vice versa. The resistance is calibrated so that these elements will remain in place when the seated person reclines in a usual way but can be adjusted to the desired angle when intentional pressure is applied. This flexibility allows individual users to determine the most comfortable position for them.
