BITTA

An armchair from the Bitta collection by Kettal with an aluminum frame and synthetic rope is available in all Kettal colors.

Bitta is characterized by a combination of aluminum structures, seats braided with polyester rope and comfortable cushions, teak wood and stone for the table tops, and perfectly weather-resistant materials. “The designers intended to create a dense but breathing braid that was reminiscent of the braiding of ropes used to tie boats to berths (hence the name Bitta, which means ‘berth’ in Italian)–, which would give the pieces a feeling of lightness but, that these were seen as cozy nests in natural tones in which to relax.”
