To create AIIR the designers were inspired by geometry and nature. They evoke the image of a birch forest with its trunks (tall, narrow and light), letting the air pass between them while creating a sparse yet defined landscape. The collection’s relationship with nature is evident not only in the characteristic vertical openings in the backrest, which allow the passage of air and light, but also in the mixture of earthy and ethereal colours.
