Designed by Charles and Ray Eames, the Wire Chair’s seat shell mimics the shape of the Eames Plastic Side Chair. Mounted on the legendary “Eiffel Tower” base, the DKR combines transparency and functionality. The powder-coated finish version is also suitable for use in gardens and terraces. The DKR chair is optionally available with a seat cushion or with two seat and back pieces upholstered in fabric or leather.

Designed by Charles and Ray Eames and made of welded steel cable, the Wire Chair is a variation on the theme of the one-piece organic seat shell in which lightness and transparency are combined with a high level of technology. In addition, the steel shell can be combined with different bases. The Wire Chair is available unupholstered, with a seat cushion, or with a two-piece seat and back cushion, called a “Bikini” because of its shape.
